Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights remain with Softcam Tech LLC until full payment is received.
Upon payment, ownership or usage rights will be transferred as per the agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Softcam Tech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Payments for completed or ongoing work up to the termination date remain payable.
